Breathwork

Breathing is something we all do without much thought, but many of us rush through life without realising the power of what a good breathing technique can do for us. Dysfunctional breathing patterns can be both a cause and a result of many chronic problems from snoring, to neck pain, gut issues to anxiety and dizziness. A strong diaphragm can give our whole body a sense of control, can alleviate back pain, can improve our athletic performance, help our sleep and even calm our behaviour.

We are very fortunate to have experienced Practitioner Mel @breathgal offering her experience and wisdom in the field of Breathwork.

Mel has trained in a broad range of Breathwork techniques and complimentary practices to bring a wealth of experience to support you in whatever way you need.
