Jo Darling Wellness
Jo offers a variety of retreats throughout the year. In harmony with the Seasonal transitions in the Chinese medicine calendar, join Jo to Welcome the change of season; to let go of what you can leave behind and prepare for what may come. These whole day retreats offer you the chance to take some focused time to recognise the changing seasons life brings and how to blend ancient wisdom with seasonal cues to guide you through these uniquely different phases of the year. In addition to Jo’s expert guidance, you will be fed with nourishing seasonal dishes, drinks and treats and offered the chance to swim in our natural pool and warm up in our poolside sauna.

Melanie hosts regular afternoon Sound baths, combining an hour of Sound Healing, followed by Grounding tea and homemade treats and a chance to Swim and Sauna with your group.

Pilates, Swim and Sauna with Shona Campbell
Join Shona for an hour of Pilates, some Nutritional homemade treats, stimulating healthy shots and an hour in our Wild Swimming & Sauna space.

Breathe & Release Day with Rebecca Oura and Breathgal Mel
Sunday 4th October 9:45-4:30pm
Join Rebecca and Mel for a day of Movement and breathwork , combining their collective experience to guide you through how these complimentary practices can help to regulate your nervous system and enhance the mind-body connection.
You’ll be guided through Conscious connected breathwork, with Mel an experienced Breathwork practitioner and retreat host. Alongside this, Rebecca will lead a grouping Hatha yoga practice to help the body settle and rebalance.
The day unfolds in a cosy barn and light filled studio, with time to fully land, rest, and integrate between practices.
You’ll have private access to a Sauna and natural pool, surrounded by beautiful countryside, plus a nourishing and seasonal vegetarian lunch, drinks and snacks throughout the day.
This is not about doing more.
It is about getting go of what you have been carrying and creating space for something calmer, clearer and more steady underneath. Spaces are intentionally limited so the experience stays personal, supported and un-rushed. If your body has been asking for space, this is it.
